A Bit of Our History

 

The name "Minj" is formed from our family, Matt, India, Niki and Jordyn. Minj Grille opened August 16, 2005. The atmosphere you will experience is so appealing because we are family owned and operated. We want you to feel at home. Everything here is home made. I want to be sure that the taste I intend is delivered in every dish. A key attraction for this casual dining restaurant is my "secret-recipe" homemade wing sauce. I began making my special sauce ten years ago for family and friends. Two years ago, on a whim, we decided to vend at a local football game. The response was overwhelming. It was amazing. People began calling us at home for 20, 40, 200 wings and to cater their parties. We haven't stopped selling since then our kitchen suddenly became too small; we had chicken coming out of our ears!" These are the best wings you will ever taste. When most people think of wings, they think of hot sauce and butter. No way! These are different, and you will be hooked after the first bite.
